Savaria back in work

New Zealand Oaks winner Savaria returned to Roydon Bergerson’s stable this week.
The Savabeel mare was given a break after disappointing first-up on the opening day of the Hastings carnival.
“She looks a million dollars,” Bergerson said. “She did some dressage work while she was with Bryce Newman and has strengthened through the neck and hindquarters.
“She’s just about got her summer coat and is really bright and fresh. She shouldn’t take long to come up again, but we won’t be rushing her.”
