No Excuse Needed’s well-bred son Polarity left his rivals to it in the first at Taupo today.
Raced by Te Akau Polarity Syndicate (Mgr David Ellis), Polarity scolded rivals by five lengths in the Haunui Farm@ Karaka Maiden (1800m), crossing the line a lonely figure.
Bred by Peter and Philip Vela’s Pencarrow Stud, Polarity is a 4YO grey gelding out of the two time winning Affirmed mare Affirmed Lane, the noted the dam of the talented G1 placed, G2 winner J’Adane.
Polarity was offered by Pencarrow Stud at the 2009 Premier Yearling Sale, successfully snapped up on this occasion by Te Akau Stud’s David Ellis for $210,000.
