Trainer rates Ocean Park filly highly

Allan Sharrock is predicting a top future for his progressive Ocean Park filly Our Hail Mary.

She mainatined her unbeaten record at Otaki today with victory in a 1200 metre age group event.

“That was terrific. She’s a 2000 metre filly – she’s out of a sister to Shez Sinsational,” trainer Allan Sharrock said.

“She’s looking for more ground now, she was off the bridle at the 700, and she was tenacious.

“The Wellington Guineas is coming up, we might have a look at that.”

Sharrock purchased Our Hail Mary at Karaka for $35,000 – “I think I stole her,” he said.

The presence of the multiple Group One winner Sheez Sinsational aside, it is a striong pedigree.

It also features the Group One winner Brutus and the stakes winners Demon Queen and Visionary.
