Mighty K Breaks Through at Sha Tin

Caspar Fownes’ stable runner Mighty K – an O’Reilly half-brother to the stakes winner Big River, broke through maiden ranks with a gritty 1400m performance at Hong Kong last night.

The Whakanui Stud-bred 3YO out of Zoilus fought stride for stride in the straightwith eventually runner up Lucky Nistelrooy, ultimately winning for owner Kirk Wong King Wai by a nose.
