New Gr.1 programme for Kawi

Allan Sharrock’s dream of a Hawke’s Bay Triple Crown grand slam are gone, but three Group One tests still await Kawi.
The New Plymouth trainer has already ruled out the Livamol Classic for his star galloper and will instead run him next in the rescheduled Windsor Park Plate at Trentham on October 24.
Kawi will return to Wellington for the Captain Cook Stakes on December 5 before the Zabeel Classic at Ellerslie on Boxing Day.
