Ocean Park colt remains in Ellerslie contention
24 December 2017

Ocean Park colt Scream Park is closing in on a return home for next month’s Karaka 3YO Classic at Ellerslie. The three-year-old completed consecutive wins at Warwick Farm with success there yesterday afternoon for trainer Chris Waller.
“His maiden win was on a wet track and he drifted out wide, today he struck a three-horse field,” Waller said. “We do think he’s got a lot of ability, it’s just hard to measure against a small field and wet tracks.”
Waller said he will run Scream Park on the same course on January 6 before committing to the Ellerslie feature. “We had a quick look this morning, which is always a good sign before a race, confidence from the trainer.”
