Savabeel Nears Major Milestone
Savabeel took another major step towards the milestone of 100 stakes winners on Saturday, with the success of the Lindsey Smith-trained Adelaide Ace in the Gr.2 Autumn Classic at Caulfield.
Adelaide Ace represented the sire’s 98th individual stakes winner.
Interestingly, this tracks almost identically to Savabeel’s own sire Zabeel, who at the same stage counted 99 individual stakes winners.
