Soriano in super condition
28 August 2015
Dual Group One winner Soriano is in outstanding order for the opening leg of the Triple Crown series at Hastings on Saturday.
“She’s come back stronger and better than ever,” co-trainer Graeme Rogerson said.
Soriano heads to the Gr.1 Makfi Challenge Stakes off the back of a sixth placing when resuming in the Gr.2 Foxbridge Pate at Te Rapa.
“She was unlucky, she got held up and she should have run second,” Rogerson said. “She’ll need an ounce of luck from the draw on Saturday, but she’ll be finishing hard.”
