Tasty double for syndicates

Tacticall ended a grand first day of the Grand National carnival for the Can West Syndicates with victory in the closing event. They race the daughter of Scaredee Cat and also celebrated a victory earlier in the day with Cangowest, another daughter of the former WS resident.

Both mares are prepared by Lisa Latta with Tacticall now a three-time winner following her latest Rating 75 sprint success. She was bred by WS and Stephen Luey and is a half-sister to her Group One performed stablemate Justanexcuse (No Excuse Needed), the winner of 10 races. Their dam Aggressive is also the mother of the stakes winner On Call, who in turn left Savabeel’s Gr 1 Queensland Oaks and Gr 1 NZ Stakes winner Scarlett Lady.
