Hendrix Lands Debut Win for Baker

O’Reilly 3yo Hendrix debuted in the best possible way for Sydney trainer Bjorn Baker at Orange RC last Friday.

Bred by Waikato Stud, Hendrix is by O’Reilly and is out of Frockstar.

Hendrix was bought out of Waikato Stud’s draft by by Bjorn Baker Racing/Michael Wallace Bloodstock for $110,000 at the 2014 Premier Yearling Sale.

Wee Nessy breaks her maiden in style

Savabeel’s three-year-old filly Wee Nessy impressed at Ellerslie, charging home to break her maiden in dominant fashion. The win marked Savabeel’s 1057th individual winner, with his progeny earnings surpassing $208 million as his legacy continues to grow.
