Boasting continue the proud record of her dam.
They Roydon Bergerson-trained daughter of Sacred Falls settled at the back of field at the outset of the 1340 metre contest before circling the field to take control early in the run home and score by a comfortable margin at her fifth outing.
Boasting is out of the Savabeel mare Touting, whose three foals to race are all winners and she is from a well-established and well-performed family.
She is a half-sister to the G3 Hawkesbury Gold Cup winner Somepin Anypin and the Listed Winter Championship winner Salsa, whose son Diamond King was successful at black-type level in South Africa.
They are out of the Centaine mare Ungaro and her sister Centisle won the G1 Goodwood H. and half-sister Sylvaner was a three-time Group 2 winner and produced the G1 Kenilworth Cape Derby winner Atyaab.
The pedigree also features the G3 Eagle Technology S. winner Love Affair.

Waikato Stud-bred filly Miriam (ex Kym Dynasty) secured victory at Matamata over 1050m for Stephen Autridge and Craig Grylls. Digging deep to hold off Sister Cynane, she surged to win by 0.8 lengths.
