Rock ‘n’ Pop’s son a smart buy
The Waikato Stud-bred and sold My Boss is proving a tidy piece of business for his Singapore owners.
He was purchased by Asian World Racing for $7500 and that investment has now been more than quadrupled.
After a handful of starts, the son of Rock ‘n’ Pop broke through at Kranji over 1400 metres.
The three-year-old is out of the Pins mare Be Fabulous, a sister to the stakes winner and Group performer Keano.
Be Fabulous’ third dam is the Gr.1 Golden Slipper Stakes winner Courtza, mother of the champion sire O’Reilly.
